FOUNDER, PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT

Elliott is a Registered Architect in the State of Massachusetts and founded FRANK architecture + design in 2022. With a solid foundation built on sixteen years of work experiences at prestigious firms based in the Boston area such as Hickox Williams Architects and Epstein Joslin Architects, Elliott Olson honed his skills as a Project Manager and Designer. His journey includes internships at renowned establishments like Adamstein & Demetriou Architects in Washington DC and Couture Design Associates in Providence, RI, shaping his architectural perspective. A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design and a distinguished alumnus of St. Paul’s School, Elliott Olson combines artistic sensibility with technical prowess, ensuring that FRANK architecture + design delivers innovative and exceptional architectural solutions.

PROJECT MANAGER

Stephania is an Architectural Designer with five years of experience across residential and commercial design, offering a versatile and detail-oriented approach to every project. A graduate of Roger Williams University, where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture, she brings a creative, client-focused perspective to FRANK architecture + design. Her work encompasses space planning, design development, and interior detailing, with a strong emphasis on thoughtful solutions that blend functionality and aesthetics. Stephania is especially passionate about the collaborative nature of design and believes that every space should reflect the individuality of its users. Stephania is working towards completing her requirements for licensure.

INTERN ARCHITECT

Kyle is a student at Syracuse University studying Architecture and will be joining FRANK architecture + design for his first internship this summer. After immigrating from the Philippines when he was eleven, Kyle grew up in Dorchester and graduated from Boston College High School in 2022. Kyle will contribute to FRANK Architecture by leveraging his expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and architectural visualization. With experience in detailed illustrations, acrylic and watercolor painting, and innovative concept development, his focus on collaboration, adaptability, and client-centered design thinking will support FRANK architecture in delivering forward-thinking and impactful designs.
